If you have a Shared Care Agreement with Lighthouse Pathways, you will continue to have an annual review with us for as long as we are part of that agreement. Annual reviews are a standard part of safe ADHD prescribing.
At an annual review your clinician revisits how your medication is working, any side effects you have experienced, your current dose, and whether the medication remains the right choice. The review is a focused appointment, usually shorter than the original assessment.
Annual reviews help maintain safe prescribing under shared care and keep your treatment aligned with current clinical guidance. Your GP will be kept informed of the outcome.
