CQC registration and clinical governance
Lighthouse Pathways is registered with the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. CQC registration sets us against national standards for safety, effectiveness, and patient experience.
What CQC registration means
- Independent inspection against published standards.
- Required policies for safeguarding, complaints, and incident management.
- Public reporting of inspection findings.
- Defined leadership accountability for clinical quality.
Our governance structure
Beyond CQC requirements, we operate internal clinical governance covering supervision, audit, training, and incident review. All assessments are NICE-aligned, the recognised gold standard for ADHD diagnosis in the UK.
