The Follow-Up Review: ongoing care for stable patients

The Follow-Up Review is a standalone appointment for patients whose treatment is stable. It supports continuity of care without requiring you to commit to a longer programme.

Who it is for

This appointment is for patients who have completed initial titration and are settled on a stable dose. It is also used for annual reviews and for any clinical question that needs a dedicated conversation with your prescriber.

What it covers

  • A check-in on how the medication is working and any new side effects.
  • Review of blood pressure, sleep, appetite, mood, and overall wellbeing.
  • Adjustments to dose where needed.
  • Renewal of your private prescription, where appropriate.
  • Review of any wider life changes that affect your ADHD or treatment.

Annual reviews

NICE guidance recommends an annual review for adults receiving ADHD medication. The Follow-Up Review is the appointment we use for this purpose, unless you are on a Shared Care Agreement that places review with your GP.

Fee

£120. Bookable on demand via Customer Support or via your patient portal.
