How do I get an ADHD assessment?

You can self-refer directly. You do not need a letter from your GP to book a private ADHD assessment with Lighthouse Pathways.

The four steps

1. Choose your pathway. Most adults choose the Clarity Pathway. Choose the Fast-Track Pathway if you need priority access.
2. Book and pay online. Klarna is available at checkout.
3. Complete the pre-assessment questionnaires we send you by email. These take around forty-five minutes and form the foundation of the clinical picture.
4. Attend your assessment by secure video. The clinical appointment lasts around one hundred and twenty minutes.

After your appointment, you receive your diagnostic outcome on the day where possible, and a comprehensive written report within ten working days.

Self-referral does not mean you skip clinical rigour. Every assessment is carried out by a UK-registered specialist clinician using validated tools.
