We use plain English. Our reports are written to be read, not stored. Our pricing is fixed and visible.

No per-prescription admin fees

Some private services charge a fee on every prescription. We do not. The cost of medication is paid to the pharmacy directly.

Same-day diagnosis where possible

Where the clinical picture allows, your diagnostic outcome is shared on the day, with the written report following within ten working days.

Family-centred CYP work

Our Children and Young People Pathway is built around the realities of family life: remote delivery, evening appointments where appropriate, and recommendations that work at home and at school.
