# When will I receive my autism report?

## Your written autism report follows within 14 days of your final appointment, once we have all the required information

Your comprehensive written report follows within 14 days of your final appointment, once we have received all required questionnaires, informant or school information and supporting documents.

More complex assessments may take longer, and we will let you know if we need further information.

### What your report includes

- The information considered during your assessment
- Relevant developmental and clinical history
- Findings from both appointments
- The assessment outcome and what it means
- Individual strengths and areas of difficulty
- Practical recommendations and next steps, including for home and education for children
