The right one depends on where your ADHD diagnosis was made. ### If you were diagnosed by Lighthouse Pathways The **Medication Initiation and Early Titration Package (£550)** is usually the right option. This follows on directly from your Lighthouse Pathways assessment where medication is clinically appropriate. The first private prescription issue fee is included. ### If you were diagnosed by another provider The **Already Diagnosed ADHD Medication Pathway (£650)** is usually the right option. Because the diagnosis was completed elsewhere, the prescriber must first review the original diagnostic evidence to ensure prescribing is safe and appropriate. ### These pathways are not interchangeable Using the wrong pathway may delay prescribing or require additional steps.
