The Medication Pathway suits anyone who has chosen to start medication and wants to avoid the back-and-forth of paying for individual titration appointments. It is most useful in the first three to six months after diagnosis, when the dose is most likely to need adjustment.

What is included

• The Initiation Session, including baseline health review and shared decision-making on medication and dose.
• The first private prescription, where appropriate.
• Early titration appointments to review effect, monitor side effects, and adjust dose.

What is not included

• Medication itself, paid directly to the pharmacy.
• Baseline health tests if your GP cannot provide them and we arrange these privately.
