Lighthouse Pathways is not an emergency or crisis service. We are a planned-care service for assessment and ongoing treatment. If you are in crisis or need urgent support, please use the resources below.

Life-threatening emergencies

Urgent but not life-threatening

  • Call NHS 111.
  • If you have been given a Crisis Line number by a health professional, call it.
  • If you are receiving NHS mental health support, follow your care plan.
