Is the assessment online?

Yes. All assessments are delivered via secure video consultation. You can attend from home, anywhere in the UK.

Online assessment is not a compromise. It opens up access to specialist clinicians regardless of where you live. Many people find it more comfortable than an in-person clinic, particularly if travel or unfamiliar environments add stress.

What you need

• A reliable internet connection.
• A computer or tablet with a working camera and microphone. Phones work but the screen is small.
• Headphones, for clearer audio and fewer distractions.
• A quiet, private space for the duration of the appointment.

If you live outside the UK

Assessments may be offered remotely to clients overseas, but we cannot prescribe medication outside the UK as regulations vary. Please contact us before booking to confirm we can support you.
