Our pathways: an overview

Lighthouse Pathways offers three core services. Together they cover the full ADHD journey from assessment through to settled treatment.

The Clarity Pathway

Our standard diagnostic assessment for adults. Initial appointments are typically scheduled within one to two weeks of booking. Fee: £675 (Spring promotional price, regular fee £875).

The Fast-Track Pathway

Priority booking with appointments typically available within five working days. Suited to anyone needing an urgent assessment due to work, education, or personal circumstances. Fee: £975.

The Child Assessment

Our diagnostic assessment for children and young people aged six and over, including school input where appropriate. Fee: £850.

The Initiation Session

The first stage of treatment for those who receive a diagnosis and choose to proceed with medication. Fee: £550.

The Medication Pathway

A bundled treatment package covering initiation and the early titration appointments, designed to give predictable costs while your dose is being established. Fee: £595.

The Follow-Up Review

A standalone follow-up appointment for stable patients, used for annual reviews and ad-hoc clinical check-ins. Fee: £120.

A common adult route is the Clarity Pathway plus the Initiation Session, totalling £1,225. The only separate cost at that stage is the prescribed medication itself, paid directly to the pharmacy.
