Pricing explained

Our pricing is straightforward. Each service has a fixed fee, and we do not charge a per-prescription administration fee.

Diagnostic assessment

The Clarity Pathway diagnostic assessment for adults is £675 during our current Spring promotion, with a regular fee of £875.

The Fast-Track Pathway diagnostic assessment is £975.

The Child Assessment for children and young people aged six and over is £850, including school input where appropriate.

Treatment

The Initiation Session is £550.

The Medication Pathway, a bundle covering initiation and the early titration appointments, is £595.

The Follow-Up Review, used for stable patients and annual reviews, is £120.

A common adult route is the Clarity Pathway plus the Initiation Session, totalling £1,225 (or £1,425 at the regular Clarity fee).

Ongoing costs

Additional costs after titration begins include further titration appointments, monthly or quarterly prescriptions, the medication itself paid to the pharmacy, monitoring appointments, annual reviews, and any baseline health tests not provided by your GP.

What is not included

Medication costs from the pharmacy are separate. GP fees, where applicable, are also separate. Insurance reimbursement is your responsibility to arrange. See Insurance and reimbursement for guidance.

Hidden charges erode trust. Our model favours transparency: pay for the service, pay the pharmacy for medication, and avoid surprise costs.
