What happens after my assessment?
Where possible, your diagnostic outcome is shared on the day of your assessment. Within ten working days, you receive a comprehensive written diagnostic report.
What the report contains
- Your diagnostic outcome and the clinical reasoning.
- A summary of your symptoms, history, and current functioning.
- Treatment recommendations, where appropriate.
- Practical strategies and signposting to relevant resources.
- Recommendations for school, work, or further support, where relevant.
Your next decisions
If you receive a diagnosis and choose to proceed with treatment, you book an Initiation Session. If you decide not to start medication, the report still serves as the foundation for non-medication strategies, workplace adjustments, and educational support.
If you are not diagnosed, your report explains the rationale and signposts alternative explanations or routes for support.
