What is and is not included in your fees

Included in your assessment fee

• Pre-assessment questionnaires.
• Your clinical interview by secure video.
• Validated diagnostic tools used during assessment.
• Diagnostic outcome on the day where possible.
• Comprehensive written diagnostic report within ten working days.
• Treatment recommendations and signposting.

Included in your Initiation Session fee

• Review of baseline health checks.
• Discussion of medication options.
• Initial prescription, where appropriate.
• A titration plan with scheduled review points.

Not included, paid separately

• Medication costs at the pharmacy.
• Subsequent titration appointments after the Initiation Session.
• Ongoing monitoring appointments and annual reviews.
• Baseline health tests if your GP is unable to provide them and we arrange these privately.
• GP fees, where applicable.

Never charged

• Per-prescription administration fees. Lighthouse Pathways does not charge these.
